This project will see the conversion of a 38,000 sq. ft commercial building into residential accommodation comprising of 94 one and two bedroom apartments. The design and build project will oversee the demolition of the roof and 4th floor slab, and the extension to 7 floors.

We are happy to have handed the build back to the Headteacher and staff of St Thomas More High School in time for the children to return from their summer holiday break.

We have achieved Practical Completion, the final services connections are in, and the commissioning and snagging has been completed, which means the finished project can be handed back over to the client, ready for listing by the selling agents.

We were very glad to have gathered with Head Teacher Mr S McGuinness, Head Girl Imogen Newton-Ford, Head Boy Seth Wylie, school Governor John Luff and school representatives Louise Tonks and Karen Smith to mark the significant moment with a tour around the site.

Our managing director Tom Davis recently raised £30,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital at the first Oh My Gosh! charity event, featuring a black tie dinner, auction and a hair-raising skydive!
