Our Grangewood project has seen the construction of a 25-plot new build residential development, consisting of 25 new houses and a block of 4 new apartments. Each plot has turfed gardens at the rear and additionally have their own front planted areas, and the homes span both social and private housing.

Emerson Park Academy

Emerson Park Academy is a £2.1 million, yearlong building project which has seen the construction of a new 9 class base and ancillary offices to replace an existing building which has come to the end of its useful tenure. Our specialist knowledge of construction in the education sector along with our history of delivering high-quality projects has made us one of the go-to school construction companies in the south of England and we are very proud to have been part of the venture at Emerson Park.

Chase High School

Chase High School was a £4 million, yearlong building project which involved the construction of a new three-storey classroom block, complete with all services and external works. The project also included refurbishment works to the existing building.

St Thomas More High School

St Thomas More High School was a design and build Education project with works that consisted of the design, construction and commissioning of a two-storey teaching block complete with all service and external works. The programme was split into two sections. Section one incorporates the design and construction of three new tennis courts and the associated paths, including the relocation of a jump pit to enhance the school's sporting subjects. Whilst Section two comprised of the development of the new build classroom block and associated works to services and landscaping.

SALVATION ARMY HADLEIGH TEMPLE

HADLEIGH, ESSEX

We were tasked to renew the Hadleigh Community HQ for The Salvation Army. The project, valued at £300,000, was 100% funded by donations from the community, bringing life back to the building and reinstating it as a centre for public engagement. The aim of the project was to maintain the character of the original cladded building, whilst enhancing functionality with all-new features, such as updated lighting, heating and security systems.
