We led the successful completion of the Monarch Place project, with works including design, construction, fit out, external works, landscaping and incoming services.
The site is ideally located nearby to two local primary and nursery schools, which saw us take our stringent protective safety measures during busy traffic periods throughout the day. We pride ourselves on making neighbouring residents a priority and throughout the construction of Monarch Place, we made no exception.
We dedicated extra time and attention to the planning stage so we could establish a well-run and prepared site, considerate of the schools, neighbours, pedestrians and day-to-day vehicle traffic flow.
