Project In detail.
This £14.9 million project is our largest project to date and will create 45 new homes in the heart of Epping. The scheme comprises the design and build of 29 apartments across 3 blocks and 16 timber frame townhouses.
The homes will have air source heat pumps, PV, 100% electrical vehicle charging spaces, and both green and blue roof systems with communal landscaping to include new play equipment for children. The scheme has been carefully designed to meet the council’s aim to be carbon neutral by 2030.
Throughout this project we will consistently show our dedication to running a safe and considerate site, taking into account local business and neighbours in terms of health and safety and noise control.
Located near the bustling town centre, this project is the perfect location for driving business for the local shops, restaurants, and market.
