Design and Build Contract for Waverley Council

Another cracking contract!

We've been asked by Waverley Council to build two new, modern houses.

As specialists in design and build developments, we were able to begin designing the properties in May, with work started on site in June and the brand new homes due for completion by early December.

Being able to manage both the design and build of the project gives us far greater scope to forward plan, enabling us to deliver a very quick turnaround and reduce costs for the client.

We were delighted to have the Mayor of Waverley, Councillor Christopher Storey, open the site alongside our contracts manager James Milne and other members of Waverley Council.
