St Marys C of E, Primary School Refurbishment.

Davis Construction was instructed by Southend Borough Council to undertake a full refurbishment and renovation project on the annexe of St Mary’s Primary School, bringing it back to a working school within a 16-week timeframe.

King John School, Humanities Block.

With their student population growing rapidly, the King John School urgently needed Davis Construction to expand on their existing facilities. We were asked to renovate the existing Youth Centre in order to create a new Humanities Block.

Parkside

Parkside Hospital Ward Refurbishment.

Parkside Hospital contracted Davis Construction to refurbish their existing ward. Their brief included the formation of seven new en-suite bedrooms to provide comfort and convenience to patients, a reception area for staff and patients to enjoy, and a new nurse base.

Shaw Primary Academy Admin Block.

Shaw Primary Academy were keen to ensure the quality of their facilities reflected the quality of teaching they provide for their students. Davis Construction was asked to build their new Administration Block within a strict 17-week timeframe.

Highgate Private

Highgate private Hospital Recovery suite.

Highgate Hospital wanted to improve patient stay and create a better working environment for their staff. We were hired to make this a reality by remodelling existing areas of the hospital and to construct the new recovery suite.

The Holly Private Hospital, Cosmetic suite.

Davis Construction was hired by The Holly Private Hospital to bring their current facilities in line with modern healthcare standards. By refurbishing their existing out-patient’s area, the upgrades to form new cosmetic suites would greatly improve the patient stay, as well as the staff environment.

The Holly Private Hospital, Mri suite.

The Holly Private Hospital hired Davis Construction to update their facilities with a new MRI suite that reflected the high standard of healthcare services they provide. The project was to be completed in an active hospital within a timeframe of 12 weeks.

Shoeburyness Library.

At the request of the Southend Borough Council, Davis Construction was asked to renovate the existing Youth Centre in Shoebury in order to create a new library. These works had to be completed within a 10-week timeframe.

Residential House Build.

Davis Construction was approached by a private client to transform their dated bungalow into a much larger, modern build. We were tasked with the design, remodel and build of a bespoke house that would need to be ready to move into on the day of completion.

Residential refurbishment.

A private client gave Davis Construction the remit of completely refurbishing their new home to an exacting standard. The project had an ambitious timeframe of 12 weeks and involved the complete transformation of every room of the house to create the contemporary living space that the client desired.

Residential Extension & loft conversion.

Davis Construction was hired by a private client to conduct a complete refurbishment of their home and create the smart, contemporary space that they wanted within a 20-week timeframe. The project involved an extension and a loft conversion, as well as landscaping of the garden.
